Technology does not create good education on its own, but it multiplies the impact of a good teacher.
Experience has proven that digital platforms multiply the impact of an excellent teacher, but they do not compensate for their absence nor fix what overcrowded classrooms ruin.
The correct equation is integrating digital tools within the classroom, while training teachers to use them in a way that serves understanding rather than memorization.
