The Minister of Electricity announced a package of new decisions regarding the billing system, most notably converting coded meters into prepaid meters during the coming period, allowing citizens to control their consumption.
The Ministry explained that complaints regarding the disappearance of balance after charging are being technically investigated, and that the reasons in most cases are due to the deduction of previous debts or fixed fees.
