AD Ports Group Completes Acquisition of Brazil’s CLI

AD Ports Group has completed the financial closing of its acquisition of Brazilian agricultural bulk terminal operator CLI, expanding its presence in the country’s logistics sector.

The company, formally known as Corredor Logística e Infraestrutura, was acquired from funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management in Brazil.

CLI is a leading independent operator of terminals handling agricultural bulk cargo in Brazil. Its operations add a specialised agricultural logistics business to AD Ports Group’s portfolio.

The acquisition brings together AD Ports Group’s international trade, industry and logistics activities with CLI’s Brazilian terminal business. The announcement did not specify the transaction’s value or provide further financial terms.
