Saudi Weather Center Warns of Blowing Dust in Parts of Riyadh Region

Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Meteorology has warned that parts of the Riyadh region will experience blowing dust today.

The alert covers the governorates of Al-Dawadmi, Afif, Al-Quwayiyah and Al-Rayn.

The center said the dusty conditions would be accompanied by active winds and reduced horizontal visibility in the affected areas.

The warning concerns parts of the wider Riyadh region, rather than the capital city specifically.
