Jordan Holds Funerals for Victims of Karak Church Attack

Funeral ceremonies began Sunday in Jordan’s Karak governorate for victims of a terrorist attack on a church.

The attack targeted St. George’s Church in the village of Hamoud, in the governorate.

At least nine people were killed in the attack. The reported death toll did not give an exact final number of fatalities.

Sunday’s ceremonies marked the start of funeral proceedings for those killed in the church attack.
