Russia’s Military Expansion Signals Readiness for Wider Conflict, Analyst Says

Russia’s increased military spending and expansion of its armed forces suggest Moscow is preparing for a possible confrontation beyond Ukraine, according to Nizar Bush, a political science professor at Moscow University.
