Aldar Revenue Hits AED26 Billion in First Nine Months of 2026

Aldar Properties reported revenue of AED26 billion in the first nine months of 2026, alongside strong earnings growth supported by its development and investment businesses.

Net profit after tax rose 19 percent year on year to AED7.1 billion over the nine-month period, the company announced.

Aldar also reported a strong performance in the third quarter, with growth across its development and investment activities underpinning the results.

The figures point to continued expansion across both sides of the property company’s business, with higher earnings accompanying its revenue performance through the first nine months of the year.
