Jordan prepares to lay victims of Karak terrorist attack to rest

Preparations continued on Sunday in Jordan’s Karak governorate for the funerals of victims of a terrorist attack that targeted a church in the village of Al-Humoud.

Arrangements were under way for a unified funeral bringing together official representatives and members of the public to honour the victims.

The victims’ families are due to take part in the ceremony alongside residents of the governorate.

The preparations centre on a shared farewell, allowing bereaved families and the wider community to mourn together.
