Nabil Fahmy Condemns Israeli Violations in Syria, Warns Against Widening Conflict

Nabil Fahmy, secretary-general of the Arab League, has strongly condemned what he described as flagrant and continuing Israeli violations of Syria’s borders.

His condemnation included the completion of work on the so-called “Sufa 53 line,” which he cited among the breaches of Syrian territory.

Fahmy also warned against expanding the fronts of conflict, linking his criticism of Israeli actions in Syria to concerns over a broader escalation.

His remarks underscored the need to respect Syria’s borders and avoid actions that could widen the confrontation.
