Rosario Bids Messi Farewell With Giant 30-Metre Shirt

Rosario, Lionel Messi’s hometown, has marked the farewell to the Argentine star with a giant shirt measuring 30 metres in length.

The display comes ahead of what is described as his final match with Argentina’s national team, bringing a farewell atmosphere to the city where he was born.

The oversized shirt places Messi at the centre of a hometown tribute as attention turns to his closing appearance in national colours.

The brief account did not specify the match date or opponent, focusing instead on Rosario’s striking gesture of appreciation for its native son.
