Kerry Kennedy Says She Is Ashamed of Brother’s Remarks About Arabs and Muslims

Kerry Kennedy has expressed deep shame over her brother’s offensive remarks about Arabs and Muslims, rejecting his claims as false.

In her response, Kennedy pointed to Arab and Muslim contributions to science and literature, citing internationally recognised figures whose achievements countered his assertions.

She highlighted Ahmed Zewail, Naguib Mahfouz and Omar Yaghi, referring to honours including the Nobel and Wolf prizes as evidence of their contributions.

Kennedy’s rebuttal placed those scientific and literary accomplishments at the centre of her criticism, challenging her brother’s disparaging portrayal of Arabs and Muslims.
