Belgian Music Producer Travels the World to Learn Local Dances

Belgian music producer and former DJ Edouard Jacqmin is travelling the world to learn people’s favourite dances directly from those who perform them.

Known on social media as “Ed People,” Jacqmin has made dance the focus of a journey spanning destinations from Serbia and Japan to Africa.

His aim is to discover the dances people enjoy and learn them from locals, placing their preferences at the heart of his travels.

The project brings his musical background into a different setting, moving from producing and playing music to learning how people around the world move to it.
