macOS 27.2 Beta Offers Fresh Clues to Touchscreen MacBook Pro
The third beta of macOS 27.2 has revealed new indications that Apple is preparing to support touch interaction, potentially laying the groundwork for a touchscreen MacBook Pro.
The software clues suggest work toward bringing touch input to the Mac. They do not, however, confirm that a hardware launch is imminent.
The anticipated MacBook Pro is expected to become the first Mac equipped with a touchscreen, if the plans move forward as described.
The available information does not specify a launch date or explain how touch controls would work alongside existing input methods. For now, the beta offers a sign of possible preparations rather than confirmation of a new device.
