Millennium Management Tests ‘Digital Twins’ to Manage Email and Prepare Meetings for 7,000 Staff

Millennium Management is testing a workplace artificial intelligence model that gives each of its 7,000 employees a dedicated agent known as a “Digital Twin.”

Rather than offering a single general-purpose chatbot for everyone to use, the initiative assigns an independent AI agent to each person.

The digital twins are intended to organize employees’ email and prepare for meetings, taking on routine tasks that would otherwise require staff attention.

The approach shifts the focus from a shared conversational tool to AI assistance built around individual employees and their day-to-day work.
