Arab Doctors Union Calls for Action Plan to Support Palestine, Sudan, Somalia and Lebanon

The Arab Doctors Union has called for an action plan to support Palestine, Sudan, Somalia and Lebanon.

Dr. Walid al-Zarjani, chairman of the union’s Supreme Council, stressed the importance of the next phase in the organization’s work.

The appeal places support for the four countries on the union’s agenda as it considers its future direction. It calls for a coordinated plan rather than detailing individual initiatives.

The brief statement did not specify a timetable, funding arrangements or the forms of assistance the proposed plan would cover.
