Mohamed Anwar El-Sadat: Renaissance Dam Is a Human Rights and Community Security Issue

Mohamed Anwar El-Sadat, deputy head of Egypt’s National Council for Human Rights, said Egyptian water security should be viewed as a matter of human rights and community security.
