Senate Youth Committee Deputy Puts Young People and Sports Development First

Youth issues and the development of sport are top priorities for the Senate’s Youth and Sports Committee, its deputy chair, Hossam Saeed Abdel Fattah Ali, said.

Ali, a senator from the National Front Party, outlined those priorities in remarks addressing the renewal of confidence in the committee’s leadership.

The renewal came during the second regular session of the Senate’s second legislative term.

His remarks placed both youth affairs and sports development at the forefront of the committee’s agenda, without specifying individual initiatives or a timetable for action.
