Qatar Rejects Israeli Statements on Annexing Areas of Lebanon and Gaza

Qatar has firmly rejected Israeli statements about annexing areas in southern Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.

Doha described the statements as a challenge to international law, voicing its opposition to the proposed annexation of territory in both areas.

Qatar called on the international community to compel Israel to halt its expansionist plans.

The appeal urged international action to stop those plans, placing the issue of compliance with international law at the centre of Qatar’s response.
