Egypt’s Administrative Prosecution Authority Creates Media and Public Relations Department

Counsellor Hoda Issa, head of Egypt’s Administrative Prosecution Authority, has issued a decision establishing a Media and Public Relations Department.

The new department was created under Decision No. 415 of 2026.

Under the decision, the department will report directly to the head of the authority rather than through an intermediary administrative body.

It will also carry out its work under the authority chief’s supervision, placing both its reporting line and oversight directly with the office of the chair.
