Russian Men Describe Covert Anti-Putin Sabotage for Ukrainian Intelligence

Two Russian men working secretly for Ukrainian intelligence have given rare accounts of operations they say targeted military assets and individuals inside Russia.

Their descriptions offer a glimpse into clandestine activity directed against President Vladimir Putin’s Russia. Both men claim to have taken part in the operations, rather than merely having knowledge of them.

The accounts place Russian participants at the centre of covert efforts carried out on behalf of Ukrainian intelligence within Russia itself.

The information provided does not identify specific targets or establish the scale or outcome of the alleged operations. The men’s claims of participation remain accounts of covert activity, not independently established findings.
