Ismailia Governor Chooses October 6 to Launch New Phase of Support for Ismaily

Ismailia Governor Major General Nabil El-Sayed Hassaballah has announced a new phase of efforts to support Ismaily SC, pledging that the club will not be left to face its challenges alone.

Hassaballah said he had chosen October 6 to begin what he described as a “crossing” phase for the club, framing the move as the start of a new push to help Ismaily move forward.

The governor stressed the club’s place in the local community, saying the Darawish, as Ismaily are known, are in the heart of every Ismailia resident.

His announcement offered a public commitment of support, but the brief statement did not set out specific measures, funding arrangements or a timetable for the effort.
