Qalyubia’s governor has directed officials to deal swiftly with a sudden breakdown at the Arab Juhayna water station that disrupted supplies to Shibin al-Qanater.

The Qalyubia Drinking Water and Wastewater Company announced that water supplies had been cut off across the town and surrounding district following the fault.

The breakdown occurred in the pump hall at the Arab Juhayna station, which supplies water to Shibin al-Qanater and its surrounding area.
