Sohag Health Directorate and Pharmacists’ Syndicate Launch Family Planning Awareness Initiative

Sohag’s Health Directorate has launched an initiative with the Pharmacists’ Syndicate to raise community awareness of family planning services and healthy planning for pregnancy and childbirth.

The initiative, titled “Ask and Consult for an Informed Opinion,” carries the slogan “The Family-Supporting Pharmacy.”

It aims to highlight the importance of seeking advice and making informed decisions about reproductive health, with family planning services at the centre of its awareness message.

The partnership brings together the local health authority and the pharmacists’ professional body, placing pharmacies within a broader effort to support families’ understanding of pregnancy and childbirth planning.
