Bibliotheca Alexandrina Launches Lecture Series on International Publishing and AI

The Bibliotheca Alexandrina today launched a specialized lecture series exploring international publishing amid digital transformation and the rise of artificial intelligence.

The initiative is being delivered through the Technical Operations Department of the library’s Libraries Sector, which opened the series with its first lecture.

Titled “Prospects for International Publishing in Light of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence,” the series places publishing at the center of a discussion about technological change.

Its announced theme brings together two key developments—digital transformation and AI—as a framework for examining the outlook for international publishing.
