Qalyubia Governor Inspects Rainwater Response Readiness Ahead of Winter

Qalyubia Governor Hossam Abdel Fattah observed a live drill today to test the governorate’s readiness to pump out and drain rainwater ahead of the winter season.

The exercise covered several tunnels and key locations across the governorate, putting the rainwater response system through a practical test.

The simulation focused on the readiness of pumping and drainage operations to deal with rainfall at the selected sites.

The inspection formed part of preparations for winter, with the drill providing an opportunity to assess the system in action.
