Canal Water Company Chief Inspects Al-Samakeen Sewage Pumping Station Ahead of Start-Up

Major General Ahmed Mohamed Ramadan, chairman and managing director of the Canal Governorates Drinking Water and Wastewater Company, inspected the Al-Samakeen sewage pumping station in Abu Suwayr.

The visit came as preparations continued to bring the station into operation, with attention focused on its readiness for start-up.

The Al-Samakeen facility is a pumping station within the wastewater system serving the area. Ramadan’s inspection concerned the sewage side of the company’s drinking water and wastewater responsibilities.

The announcement placed the visit in the preparatory stage ahead of actual operation. It did not specify a date for the station to begin running.
