Sohag Governor Inspects Tree Planting and Public Gardens in East District and Akhmim

Sohag Governor Tarek Rashed toured the city’s East District and the Akhmim area today to inspect tree-planting, cleaning and public garden improvement work.

Accompanied by Deputy Governor Kamal Soliman, Rashed reviewed efforts to upgrade gardens and green spaces across the two areas.

The field visit also focused on assessing the level of services provided to residents alongside the ongoing landscaping and maintenance work.

Joining the tour were Enas Mohamed Ali, the governorate’s adviser on tree planting and beautification; Ali Bahnas, head of Akhmim’s city and district administration; and Mohamed al-Qarm, head of Sohag’s East District.
