Sohag Governor Approves Final Maps for Al-Hallaga Replanning Project

Sohag Governor Major General Tarek Rashed has approved the final maps for a project to replan the Al-Hallaga area in the city’s West District.

The project covers 221,000 square metres within the district’s boundaries.

The approval finalises the mapping stage of the replanning project. It does not, on its own, indicate that work on the ground has begun.

Details of the proposed changes, the project’s budget and an implementation timetable were not provided in the announcement.
