AD Ports Group Completes Acquisition of Brazil’s CLI

AD Ports Group has announced the financial closing of its acquisition of Corredor Logística e Infraestrutura (CLI), a leading independent operator of agricultural dry bulk terminals in Brazil.

The acquisition was completed with funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management in Brazil as the sellers. The announcement did not disclose the transaction’s financial terms.

The deal brings CLI’s agricultural bulk terminal operations into AD Ports Group’s portfolio, extending the global trade, industry and logistics group’s presence in Brazil.

CLI’s focus places the acquisition in the logistics infrastructure serving agricultural cargo. The financial closing marks the completion of the transaction announced by AD Ports Group.
