Ronaldo Billboard in Lisbon Puts Jesus in Awkward Spot Before Vanishing

A large billboard bearing Cristiano Ronaldo’s name appeared in central Lisbon, drawing attention before quickly disappearing.

The message linked to the Portuguese star also raised questions about the national team’s coach, putting Jesus in an awkward position.

But the billboard’s brief appearance became a talking point in its own right. It did not remain in place for long, leaving questions over why it had been taken down so quickly.

The available details do not establish who arranged the display or why it was removed. They also offer no indication that Ronaldo was involved beyond his name appearing on the billboard.
