Ukraine Says Starlink Services Fully Restored After Restrictions Disrupted Military Operations

Ukraine announced on Saturday that the Starlink and Starshield satellite communications systems had returned to full operation after more than a week of restrictions.

The curbs had hampered Ukrainian military operations, making the restoration of both systems a significant development for communications used by its forces.

The restrictions also stirred tensions with the United States, adding a diplomatic dimension to the disruption.

Ukraine’s announcement confirmed that both systems were operating at full capacity again. The summary provided no details on the cause of the restrictions or how they were resolved.
