Iran Reviews New Draft Agreement to End War With US and Israel

Iran is reviewing a new draft agreement presented by Qatari mediators aimed at ending the war with the United States and Israel, according to an official familiar with the negotiations.

The proposal includes a seven-day timetable for implementing reciprocal confidence-building steps, the official said Wednesday.

The draft places those mutual measures within a defined timeframe as part of the effort to reach an agreement to end the conflict.

Details of the proposed steps were not disclosed in the account. It also did not specify what commitments would be required from each side.

The proposal remains under Iranian review, with no confirmation in the account that an agreement has been reached.
