Russia Ready for Talks With Tunisia on Energy Projects

Russia has expressed its readiness to negotiate with Tunisia on energy cooperation projects, including the peaceful use of nuclear energy.

The Russian position signals openness to proposals from Tunisia as the two countries consider potential areas of cooperation in the sector.

Russia also stressed the importance of developing projects that meet the needs of both sides, placing mutual benefit at the centre of any prospective partnership.

The announcement concerns a willingness to hold negotiations rather than an agreement to launch specific projects. No details were provided on proposed facilities, funding or implementation schedules.
