Jordan Holds Funerals for Victims of Karak Church Attack

Funeral ceremonies began Sunday in Jordan’s Karak governorate for victims of a terrorist attack on a church.

The attack targeted St. George’s Church in the village of Hamoud, in Karak.

At least nine people were killed in the assault. The reported death toll was not a final count.

Sunday’s ceremonies marked the start of the victims’ funerals in the governorate where the attack took place.
