Netanyahu warns of attacks ahead of elections, vows to respond

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Tuesday of possible attacks as elections approach, threatening to strike those he described as “Israel’s enemies.”

Speaking from Tel Nof air base, Netanyahu said Israel had indications that attacks could be launched against it in the run-up to the vote.

He warned that Israel could reach its enemies “anywhere and at any time,” underscoring his threat of a response.
