Algeria Team Uses Humorous Video to Deny Bensebaini-Hamdani Rift

Algeria’s national team has used a light-hearted video from inside its training camp to dismiss rumours of a dispute between coach Hamdani and captain Rami Bensebaini.

The claims, which circulated from abroad, had sparked widespread debate over an alleged breakdown in the relationship between the coach and his captain.

Rather than issue a conventional rebuttal, the team opted for humour, using the clip to push back against the suggestion of tension within the camp.

The video served as the team’s public denial of the alleged rift, shifting the response away from formal statements and towards a more playful approach.
