Egypt’s Higher Education Ministry Concludes ‘Ambassadors of the Homeland’ Programme

Egypt’s Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has concluded an intensive training programme for faculty members and their assistants heading abroad on academic missions.

Held under the slogan “Ambassadors of the Homeland,” the programme focused on preparing Egyptian scholars academically and culturally for their time overseas.

The training targeted university teaching staff and their assistants taking part in missions abroad, placing preparation for international academic life at the centre of its remit.

Alongside its academic focus, the programme’s cultural dimension highlighted participants’ role as representatives of Egypt during their overseas assignments.
