Qatar Says US-Iran Mediation Continues, Warns Against Imposing New Reality in West Bank

Qatar’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson has affirmed that Doha is continuing its efforts to mediate between Washington and Tehran.

The spokesperson said Qatar’s mediation efforts remain ongoing, without announcing an outcome or providing a timetable for the process.

Separately, the spokesperson warned against Israel’s pursuit of measures aimed at imposing a new reality in the occupied West Bank.

The remarks highlighted two strands of Qatar’s regional diplomacy: maintaining mediation between the United States and Iran and voicing concern over Israeli actions in the Palestinian territory.
