State Council Chief Lays Foundation Stone for New Court Complex in Port Said

Counsellor Mahmoud Ibrahim Abu al-Dahab, president of Egypt’s State Council, laid the foundation stone for a new State Council court complex in Port Said.

The ceremony took place during his visit to the governorate on Monday, September 28, 2026.

Abu al-Dahab began the visit with a meeting with Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon before proceeding to the foundation-stone event.

The new complex will house State Council courts in Port Said. Details of its construction timetable were not provided in the announcement.
