Egypt Faces Slight Rise in Temperatures as Forecasters Warn of Day-Night Contrast

Egypt’s General Authority for Meteorology has forecast a slight rise in temperatures, with warm to hot conditions during the day giving way to cooler weather overnight.

The authority said the latest satellite images indicate relatively warm to hot daytime weather across northern Egypt, extending to Greater Cairo.

Southern Egypt is expected to remain hot during daylight hours, according to the forecast.

Conditions will turn cool to cold at night and in the early morning, marking a noticeable contrast with daytime temperatures.

The authority warned of the gap between daily maximum and minimum temperatures, highlighting that daytime warmth will not persist through the night.
