Yemeni Sources Say Houthis Enter Al-Turbah South of Taiz

Houthi forces entered the city of Al-Turbah, south of Taiz, on Sunday, according to Yemeni sources.

The sources said their entry followed the flight of the commander of the so-called Tur al-Bahah military axis to Aden.

The account did not identify the commander or provide details about the circumstances of his departure.

The report also did not specify whether fighting accompanied the Houthis’ entry or establish the extent of their control over Al-Turbah.
