Maya Morsi: ‘Differently Abled’ Promotes Accessibility and Cultural Inclusion

Social Solidarity Minister Dr Maya Morsi said the “Differently Abled” initiative reinforces the principles of accessibility and cultural inclusion.

Morsi described art and culture as more than spaces for creativity, saying they also provide opportunities for expression, participation and belonging.

Her remarks placed inclusion at the heart of cultural life, linking access to the arts with the ability to take part and feel a sense of connection.

The minister’s message highlighted the role of “Differently Abled” in advancing that approach, with accessibility and participation central to its cultural significance.
