Giza Governor Orders Faisal Cleanup and Action Against Wrong-Way Driving

Giza Governor Ahmed El-Ansari has directed local authorities to launch large-scale campaigns to remove construction waste beneath the Amr Ibn Al-As corridor in Faisal.

The instructions were addressed to Haram district and the General Authority for Cleanliness and Beautification, which were tasked with carrying out the cleanup.

The planned campaigns will focus on clearing building debris from beneath the corridor in the Faisal area. No timetable for completing the work was provided.

The governor also called for measures to prevent vehicles from travelling against the direction of traffic. Details of how those measures would be enforced were not provided.
