AD Ports Group Completes Acquisition of Brazil’s CLI

AD Ports Group has completed the financial closing of its acquisition of Corredor Logística e Infraestrutura, known as CLI, in Brazil.

The group announced that it acquired the company from funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management in Brazil.

CLI is a leading independent operator of agricultural bulk cargo terminals in the country. Its business places it within the logistics network supporting the movement of agricultural commodities.

The acquisition brings the Brazilian terminal operator into AD Ports Group’s portfolio, extending the group’s activities in trade, industry and logistics.
