El Shorouk to Hold Public Land Allocation Draw for Al-Rabiya Residents on Monday

El Shorouk City Development Authority will hold a public draw next Monday to allocate land to eligible residents in the city’s Al-Rabiya area.

Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Minister Randa El-Menshawy announced the draw, which will be the 17th in the allocation process.

The draw is for residents who have regularised the status of their land in Al-Rabiya and paid the required down payments for the relevant plots.

The procedure follows the settlement of those residents’ land status, moving their cases to the allocation stage under the city development authority.
