New Assiut to Begin Handing Over Premium Housing Plots on October 11

New Assiut will begin handing over residential land plots under the “Premium Housing” scheme on October 11, Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Minister Randa El-Menshawy announced.

The New Assiut City Development Authority will carry out the handover of the plots, which are located in the city’s northwestern extensions.

The residential plots form part of an area spanning 1,304 feddans. That figure refers to the wider area where the plots are situated, rather than the size of individual parcels.

The announcement sets the start date for the handover process but does not specify the number of plots to be delivered or a timetable for completing delivery.
