Egypt’s Digital Egypt Platform Offers 250 Government Services, Minister Says

Egypt’s communications minister said 250 government services are available through the Digital Egypt platform as part of efforts to make public services easier for citizens to access.

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology is continuing its work on digital transformation, with a focus on developing government services and making them available electronically.

The effort also includes simplifying administrative procedures, placing ease of use alongside the expansion of digital access.

Reworking internal workflows at government agencies is another part of the ministry’s approach, linking online service delivery with changes to how those agencies operate.
