Noah Wyle Named ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ at 55 After Strong Comeback

Noah Wyle initially thought it was a joke when he learned he had been named “Sexiest Man Alive” for 2026. At 55, the American actor is enjoying a different kind of attention after a successful return to medical drama.

The recognition follows his comeback in “The Pitt,” which brought him back to the emergency-room setting long associated with his acting career.

Wyle rose to fame in medical television decades ago. His return to that world has put him back in the spotlight, with the new title adding an unexpected twist to his renewed success.

For an actor whose public image has long been tied to hospital drama, the honor marks a shift from attention on his screen roles to a more personal form of celebrity recognition.
