Egypt’s ICT Ministry Builds Youth Digital Skills Through 24 Innovation Centers

Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology is working to develop young people’s digital skills through 24 Digital Egypt Innovation Centers across the governorates.

The centers form part of an integrated strategy to build digital capabilities, with youth training a key focus of the ministry’s efforts.

The ministry is implementing the strategy in cooperation with major global technology companies, linking its capacity-building work to expertise from the technology sector.

The network of centers provides a governorate-level base for the ministry’s training efforts as it pursues its broader digital skills agenda.
