Report Points to Ronaldo ‘Condition’ for Portugal Return Amid Uncertainty

Cristiano Ronaldo’s future with Portugal is drawing growing speculation about a week after his sudden departure from the national team’s training camp.

Press reports have linked the captain’s exit to an alleged worsening rift with Jorge Jesus, whom the reports describe as the team’s coach. The supplied account does not establish the circumstances behind Ronaldo’s departure.

One report refers to a “condition” for Ronaldo’s return to the squad, but the available summary does not say what that condition is or whether the player has made such a demand.

The claims leave the situation unresolved, with no statement from Ronaldo or the Portuguese football authorities included in the available account to clarify his position or confirm a dispute.
